1 General Terms

2.4 Eligibility Requirements

• The applicant must be a valid Bangladeshi citizen or a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed may not open a new account.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 767bd is ৳200. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

767bd only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the user's own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 General Transaction Terms

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• 767bd reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions until they are verified.
• Additional documents may be requested in compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by 767bd

767bd may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to verify identity or age
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Instruction from a competent authority or legal obligation

9.2 Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before making the request. All pending bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

767bd is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues
• Issues arising from third-party software errors
• Losses resulting from the user leaving their account credentials unsecured
• Service suspension due to legal or regulatory changes

In the case of a bet not settled correctly due to a technical error, 767bd's only obligation is to refund the original stake amount.

11 Responsible Gaming
